" Diner Dash: Hometown Hero Gourmet
Review - Even better than the previous versions. Diner
dash just keeps getting better! Personally while playing a game,
I think it's fun to have a lot of upgrades to choose from. And so
far, after every level completed, you get to choose one. From diner
decorations, diner helpers, and even a new zoo animal to add to
your cafe! Watch out for the new diner helper though, because he/she
will serve your customers before you can at times, ruining your
progressive point streaks! Diner Dash Hometown Hero Gourmet also has new
customers, like teenage boys and girls who chat on their cell phones.
Which of course, annoys other diners. But if you seat them next
to each other, you create a mini love connection lol. Diner Dash is a lot of fun. Definitely
one to buy. :)"- Gaming Girl

Review - Add a spice of Flo, a pinch of decoration, a dash
of fun. Diner Dash has got to be, without doubt, the best Diner
Dash game released, ever...Well at least that is the impression
I got in the demo. In Diner Dash: Hometown Hero Gourmet, Flo goes with her
grandmother to their home city, wanting too visit their favourite
places they visited together, back when Flo was a little girl (who
had such "high" ambitions at the time). However, most
of their favourite places in the city appear to be run down, old
and loosing business. How can the generation duo serve life into
their home city? By increasing profits in the restaurants! Like
with the previous games, you control Flo, and must offer quick service
to the customers, before they get ticked off from waiting to long
(or from the baby crying next to them). Diner Dash appears to
use the same game engine as DD2. However, the one thing I absolutely
love in DD4 is the combination of extra features from DD2 and DD3.
DD2 had a great reward system, where the more money you made, the
more options were available to upgrade the decor of the restaurant.
DD3 cut the feature, in favour of a "decorate the restaurant,
but you will always miss one item", thing but included a closet,
which enabled you to change what Flo wears! DD4 has both. Also,
in the Endless mode of previous DD games, you get upgrades such
as faster oven, faster shoes etc. This is included in the main game
in DD4! The bonus level is also really neat and actually is realistic
(however I won't spoil what it is :) ) The music is...well great.
I just loved how they remixed the same old DD theme for the different
levels, then again I always liked DD music! The graphics were nice
and neat, however I was a little disappointed that they are basically
the same as DD2. All in all, Diner Dash is a game I soon hope
to buy...and for me...that is rare! I loved the two scenarios I
played and adore the game! Realistically, she is what steered Flo
into coming to her home city!" - Firefly

Review -It's Great to be Back in Diner Dash! Flo and
her crew are back in the much loved (and highly anticipated) 'Diner
Dash' series of games. Diner Dash was the original master of the
mouse time management games and this instalment is no different.
Fans of the previous games will feel a sense of 'home' as they again
put their highly attuned strategy to the test whilst at the same
time finding surprising new features that will bring a smile to
their face. Flo vs. the waiter is one such surprise that will have
you clicking on the mouse frantically, whilst old favourites such
as the podium will have you sighing with relief. There are new clientele,
who behave in fantastically different ways, whilst the cell phone
talkers and high chair demanding babies will keep you on your toes.
The creators of Diner Dash have given their most loyal fans what
they want, not messing around with the successful formula too much.
The basic premise of this game remains, with some features freshened
up to keep everyone happy. If you have never played a Diner Dash
game before, I suggest you download the trial and see how it suits
you. If you're a loyal fan, then do not hesitate in downloading
or purchasing the game, you will still love it. For those of you
who are not fans of the series, perhaps give it a chance by trying
the download of Diner Dash (60 minutes gives you enough time to
experience some of the new features) but approach the game with
an open mind to get the most out of it. Overall, I am one happy
customer to see Pixel Paradox embrace this series, and I am confident
that I am not the only one!" - Dash Fan
"Diner Dash: Hometown Hero Gourmet
Review - Of course Diner Dash is just as good, if not
better than the other installments of the series. I think that Dine
rDash is the best game of its kind, and i never managed to take
to the likes of Cake Mania in just the same way. Anyway, the trickiest
part, i think, in this game is when you have to train your replacement,
usually something that occurs in the 6th or 7th level of a certain
restaurant. I was thinking i should choose somebody that has relevant
qualifications (i.e., waitering skills) so that the restaurant would
do well. In fact, you have to choose THE LEAST qualified character,
if you want to make it past that level. For instance, at the restaurant
from the Museum, i chose the girl who was a History major (so no
restaurant experience) and i still found it difficult to beat her.
Anyway, enjoy!. Diner Dash: Hometown Hero Gourmet is, indeed, a great
game." - In the Kitchen with Dina
"Diner Dash: Hometown Hero Gourmet
Review - Diner Dash -- Best of the series! The
fourth installment in the Diner Dash series has managed to combine
all my favorite bits of the previous games while getting rid of
some of the less interesting features. It has Flo's Closet from
DD3, the restaurant decorating options from DD2, and familiar faces
from the old games and some new ones. There are also some added
features that make the game fresh, including competitions with the
waitresses you're training and extra expert levels that are reward
for getting an expert score on all levels of each diner. There are
also additional online features for those who wish to tap into those.
All the best features of the old games for the fans with enough
new features to make Diner Dash new and fun." - Dasher2007
